It has been almost 30 years since I moved to Tokyo, but I have been using it irregularly except during the coronavirus period. As expected, the soba is delicious! I enjoy the process of going through the tempura dish, katsuni, offal stew, dashimaki egg, etc., and finishing with Tenkomori. Of course, I drink soba shochu mixed with soba hot water! I think this is a unique way to enjoy soba at a soba restaurant! it's recommended.

You can eat delicious soba whenever you go. As expected, it is handmade. The people who call this level "normal" are probably people who don't really know the store. People who don't know the standards of the world. There's a wide selection of snacks, so after enjoying a drink, it's a good idea to finish off your meal with some cold soba noodles. Tumami's recommended dishes include dashi rolls, grilled kimono, and simmered bonito. Tempura is also delicious. There is a problem with the notation of Google's business hours, and there is a break after lunch and evening hours.

I visited in January 2021, when the impact of the coronavirus was still significant, but I was able to stay calm with only 1 or 2 customers at a distance. Last time, I had the Ugaigai small bowl set (with warm soba noodles) for lunch, but this time I ordered Sararimen, which I had been interested in for a while. At first, I was surprised at how large the portion was. It had a lot of ingredients such as vegetables, meat, and shrimp, so I enjoyed a variety of flavors.It wasn't as greasy as I expected, so it was easy to eat, and I was able to finish it all the way to the end. Of course, you can change the taste with vinegar...it was delicious! If you like soba and want to enjoy soba, you may be wondering for a moment (I was like that) You can't eat it anywhere else, so I highly recommend you try it.
