Incredible tempura. I’ve had other tempura in Tokyo that doesn’t even come close. We had lunch, which is incredibly affordable for what you get: a beautiful omakase from an old tempura-master’s hand, in a meal where every detail is perfect. Can’t recommend it enough. For dinner you need to reserve it in advance, and the price is higher than for lunch. To get lunch you just need to line up. They open at 11:30, we were there half an hour early and were first in line. If you show up later you might have to wait for people to finish before you get a seat.

Great dining experience and tempura! We had the set meal for lunch, which was great value for the quality of the food. Recommend arriving early - the line started forming about 20-25 mins before opening time. Staff were very accommodating and there was an English menu available too.

Wow this is simply delicious. Best tempura we have eaten. Small family restaurant that seat 10 person. And the price is outrageously reasonable. If visiting Sensoji temple, a must try but it a bit out of the way. Must use google map. Still within walking distance.
