Excellent Tokyo style Tempura served hot, fresh, and family style by a people who've been doing this a long time. I go whenever I'm in Tokyo and get their biggest set meal and a beer. Just lovely.

Very delicious very fresh made with quality ingredients

Tempura Kiraku is a tempura restaurant in Kagurazaka that has been running for three generations. This is a long-established store that has been in business for over 100 years, located in the middle of Honda Yokocho, a side street from Kagurazaka Street. As you sit at the counter, each piece is fried right in front of you, so you can taste and enjoy each crispy piece. For lunch today, we had tempura of shrimp, scallops, megochi, maitake mushrooms, and conger eel. The megochi was fluffy and the scallops were crispy and juicy. Everyone at the restaurant was warm and welcoming, and we had a wonderful lunch time at a very reasonable price.
