Edogawa City, Tokyo, Japan｜Ten-yabu

In late January 2020, I walked the length of the Shinnakagawa (新中川) river and stopped at Tenpura Tenyabu (天婦羅の天やぶ) for a restorative luncheon break. It was a cool day so I also ordered some hot sake to warm my soul. The luncheon teishoku was beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant was not very crowded. The ambiance was soothing and almost meditative. I can hardly wait until my next visit.

Used for lunch. This is my first visit to this store. I wonder if the nearest station will be Koiwa or Mizue. It's quite a distance from both places, so I visited by car. I ordered the bamboo set meal for ¥2,000, and my friend who went with me ordered the tempura bowl for ¥1,300. The bamboo set meal is very luxurious. Even the kakiage is hidden under the tempura. Although the taste was light, I was very satisfied with the appearance and taste! I look forward to hearing from you again.

Edomae tempura is the best. Tendon 1,300 yen The tempura is well-fried, and the sauce is fragrant, not too sweet. The rice is especially delicious.
