Tendon Tenya sells tempura. Tendon means tempura on a bowl of rice. They said they only use vegetables and seafood, some people recommend this is okay for Muslims. You may choose seafood and vegetables tempura, not the chicken. For your information, they also sells chicken (we don't know how they prepare it) and beer in different glasses. This nippori Tendon Tenya located near the Nippori Station.

Great option for vegetarians shopping for fabric in Nippori. Close to the station. English menu. Friendly service. Remember to ask for no bonito flakes (I forgot so just picked them off) there is dashi in the stock but I decided to cope or make my trip impossible. Great soba noodles, had them hot and cold on second visit.

It's awesome, absolutely delicious. With only 700 Yen you can get a delicious rice bowl with tempura and soup. It's located very close to Nippori station.
