Had the pleasure of meeting Chef Akimitsu at the end of our dinner tonight. It was a pure coincidence as I had no clue he was the owner of the Akimitsu in Toronto. Dinner was incredible. As I'm not a huge rice fan, it was nice to be able to order a la carte so I can eat what I feel like. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I went this location few month ago when I visited in Tokyo with my partner. Their food is very delicious. It’s so different from another Akimitsu located in where we live. (We came from Canada). After our meal, one of kitchen staff showed up outside, and said thank you and bye formally. It’s so impressive.
