Osaka, Japan｜金扇(きんせん)

Wonderful experience. Classic Japanese tempura restaurant run by an older couple. One set lunch menu, no English but no need. Food is fantastic and the portions extremely generous, we struggled to finish which is extremely unusual for my husband. Price was 1000 for the meal per person. Welcoming environment.

My favourite tempura restaurant in Osaka ! Seriosuly the older couple who run this restaurant are very sweet but that's not even the beginning of the goodness: the tempura are delicious, the portions are very filling and I cannot believe I had so many pieces in my lunch set for a mere thousand yens. The quality + quantity for price ratio is just outstanding!
