Friendly atmosphere and delicious tempura.

To tell you the truth, I mistakenly went to a restaurant that had recently become specialized in tempura bowls. There is a menu in front of the store, and there are many other options besides Tendon. that's strange. However, the main dish seems to be just the tempura bowl. When you walk inside, you'll notice that it's a long, narrow type of shop, which is common in this area. There is a small rise on the left and a counter on the right. For some reason, when I go to a restaurant that serves sashimi, I end up ordering grilled food, and when I enter a restaurant that serves fried food, I end up ordering sashimi. I should have gone for the tempura bowl, but instead I ordered the sashimi set meal. The set meal that was served a while later was mainly local fish and didn't look like anything special. Isn't the seafood rice bowl boring? Something. The sashimi was grunt, rockfish, amberjack (shogo), and ojisan. It doesn't look like much, but it was quite delicious. It tasted like local food, or rather, it tasted like fish. It's not like freshness is the key, but it's like they work hard to get the freshest fish and then let it rest. It was moist, and even though it was white, the fish taste was really good. Everyone should eat the sashimi set meal. If you make tempura with this sashimi fish, it might turn out even better!
