The food was polite and delicious. They say to serve it while it's still warm, and they serve it to you one by one, giving you a brief explanation. It's run by a husband and wife team, and both of them had great personalities and were fun to talk to. The location is in a residential area that is difficult to pass by unless you are looking for this place. Just one step away is a well-known, busy street. (The parking lot was behind the store.) This is a decent tempura restaurant that I would recommend to my friends. The location is difficult to find, but I highly recommend it.

2023/4 First visit *I sometimes forget to take pictures, forget to ask about the production area, and sometimes my memory skips a bit. Tempura set meal ¥1980 3 types of small bowls Mitsuba shiraae (service) fresh onion salad Kohaku Namasu Pickles 10 tempura dishes Komatsuna Burdock from Kyushu Lotus root from Tsuchiura Long eggplant from Kyushu Kamasu from Numazu baby corn snap peas Turnip from Mishima Crest squid shrimp rice Bowl of 3 types of mushrooms When I look around the store, I see a huge variety of salt on the table. There are over 20 types in Japan and overseas lol I was told that the vegetables would be served with salt and everything else would be served with tempura soup, but I had the kamasu with salt. I'm glad that the fish is locally produced. It's a shame that I forgot to take pictures of the main shrimp and squid (ノ_<) It seems that the restaurant originally operated as a fish store for many years at this location, and the owner seems to have the title of "Fish Meister", and there was a framed certificate on display. Therefore, they are very connoisseurs of fish, and they also have a sashimi set meal with assorted tuna, although reservations are required. I would like to try this next time too. Tendon too. I'm also interested in the tempura kaiseki course (reservation required). In the end it's all lol Each piece of tempura served in small portions shows a sure technique and commitment to the ingredients. Above all, the couple's personalities are so nice and comfortable that we ended up having a long conversation with them, and before we knew it, it was almost an hour before closing time. It was too late lol I am impressed by the way they serve young customers in a low manner from beginning to end, without making a single unpleasant face. When I asked about Edomae Tempura, which is also mentioned in the store's name, I was told that the owner used to run a store in Shibuya when he was young. After that, he inherited his wife's family's fish shop and continued to operate it for many years, and about 6 years ago he renovated it and opened it as a tempura restaurant in the same location. It's a very comfortable place, so I recommend it even if you're alone or visiting for the first time. *Since it is a tempura restaurant, we recommend calling 30 minutes before closing time (LO time) to confirm. It seems that they will be forced to revise the price in the early hours of May.

[Reservation recommended, great attention] We are particular about the ingredients, and the sashimi is made from real tuna🐟 It hurts to see the price go up, but in order for it to continue for a long time... If you ask, they will tell you where to park.
