I had it for lunch at Santo Moon. Is that enough? ? As I thought, it was really delicious. It's fresh soba, and it smells good and goes down my throat. This is a hidden gem! I ate the lunch set of tempura bowl and soba noodles, but I was full! I think the cost performance is good!

Shin soba is much more delicious than Eki soba. The tempura was not too oily and was easy to eat. I guess the amount of soba is a little small.

It's refreshing and delicious. Eat cold soba in the summer, and warm soba in the winter.
