Soba is an elegant type of soba made with peeled soba noodles. It goes down smoothly and has a nice soba scent. I had cold yam soba. Is the yam homemade too? The texture and aroma suggest that it is not frozen. The soba soup wasn't too spicy or sweet, and the soup stock didn't have a strong aroma, which I liked. On the way out, I found them grinding buckwheat flour in a mortar! Was it soba made with freshly ground buckwheat flour? ? I was even more satisfied when I realized that I was able to get a high-quality item at a low price.
