The chef lays out the dishes he wants to serve to his customers each day. Although it is not explicitly stated, you can enjoy the worldview created by the ingredients you purchase. That is the feature of this restaurant and the way to enjoy it. On a side note, Hadano is a land filled with excellent vegetable farmers who have cultivated their skills in leaf tobacco cultivation. Although the name of the restaurant is ``Gyosai,'' I would like to add that the vegetable dishes are also delicious. As for lunch, if you want to be sure to eat, you should make a reservation. If you don't arrive by around 12:00, there are many days when the ingredients run out and orders are closed. It's a short walk from Shibusawa Station. If you are driving, there is a space in front of the store, but it is difficult to park as it is narrow. If you have a large car, it will be a nuisance to other passengers. If you come with a large car or are not good at driving, it is best to use the nearby Shibusawa Ekimae Shopping Association parking lot. Parking here is easy and costs 70 yen for 20 minutes. Parking fees are unbelievable in Tokyo.
