At around 11:10am on Saturday, there were already 1 person in line in front of the store. It was around 11:20, before the store opened, but we were shown around. By the time we were seated and ordered, the place was full. This is a very popular store. I had the shrimp conger eel tempura bowl and the miso bowl, which was the third order, but I had a long wait. That's no wonder. The conger eel is so big lol. I think only one conger eel will fit in the frying pan. The texture was crunchy and fluffy, and the sauce was lighter than it looked, so even though I was hungover in the morning, I couldn't get enough of it. The miso bowl was also very tasty. You should definitely wear it. The owner seems like a humble person (lol), but he is very considerate and gives me a good impression. The customers seem to be serious about eating.

First of all, it's run by the owner, so if it's crowded there might be a wait, but we were lucky enough to find a seat. They talk to other customers around you and offer you a round chair to put your luggage on instead. While I'm doing this, the cooking progresses smoothly, so it takes about 3 seconds to clear the table and return to the kitchen. However, the tempura seems to take more effort than usual, and I wonder if it's too fried. Looking at it, it seems that conger eel really needs time to get its bones crispy. In other words, if all you order is vegetable tempura bowl, it will be quick, but local repeat customers have their own golden rules, such as adding squid to vegetable tempura bowl, so everything looks delicious and ordering is flexible. As for the seasoning, the reason why the sauce is not sweet and slightly sour is because the sauce has been added many times, giving it a light, rich flavor that you won't get unless you come here. Also, if you don't order (or pay for) miso soup, it won't come with it, so it's better to ask for it!

The taste of the sauce is not too strong and not too thin. The inside of the shop is small, with a counter and a few small table seats. I don't think it's suitable for families with infants, but I think it's perfect for mom and dad's reward time lunch after leaving their children. There is no parking lot. The owner will talk to you friendly when you talk to him, but other than that, it's the minimum necessary in a good way, and it's comfortable to serve customers with a reasonable sense of distance.
