More Comments at Google MapA 5-minute walk from Hinodecho Station on the Keikyu Line and a 7-minute walk from JR Sakuragicho Station. This area is called Noge, and there are many bars and it is always crowded. There is a shop when you enter the alley from a large road, and I felt that the atmosphere was very good on my first impression! Tempura and eel are the main dishes, and this time we only had tempura. All the tempura we ordered were delicious and it was a very satisfying day! The store clerk is very friendly, and I think it's a well-known store that makes you want to go again! If you have the chance, why not go there once?
Minatoon is located in Noge, Yokohama, 8 minutes from Sakuragicho Station and 5 minutes from Hinode Station. I had a pairing course at a restaurant that serves tempura and eel. ✴︎ Along with the gift of gentle sweetness Enjoy the yuba with wasabi and soy sauce. ✴︎ Crisp Isojiji with a little spiciness Cutlassfish tempura. The fluffy white and fatty parts melt. ✴︎ Refreshing Nabeshima Along with sumika wrapped in perilla leaves. Sumika is crunchy. It's elastic and the sweetness spreads when you bite into it! ✴︎ Shinsei S-type with refreshing No. 6 yeast Prawns have the best taste and elasticity! It has legs and a crispy texture! ✴︎ Mellow and rich black dragon! Deep-fried sweet sea bream Matsukasa with all its scales! The flesh is fluffy and the crispy texture of the scales is irresistible. ✴︎ Homemade lemon sour A whole green pepper in a refreshing lemon sour. The seeds have a nice texture. ✴︎ Rape flowers are a beautiful green color with no bitterness. I was able to enjoy an early spring! ✴︎ Tosa pickled fruit tomatoes topped with pounded okra. The refreshing dashi soup and sweet tomatoes make it refreshing. ✴︎ Japanese Herb Ale with the scent of Japanese pepper is made with grilled eel from Lake Hamana. The slow-roasted eel has fluffy meat and crispy skin. ✴︎ Tencha Tenchazuke is a bowl of fried kakiage topped with a richly flavored dashi soup. It was delicious and easy to eat! ✴︎ Lemon sorbet with mint. The store is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. There is also a private room behind the counter. I enjoyed a variety of carefully selected Japanese sake. We recommend the pairing course with seasonal ingredients, as you can enjoy a nice drink with your meal. It was fully booked on the day I visited, so you might be sure to make a reservation.
On the way back from Pio City, I explored Noge for the first time in a while. For dinner, we enjoyed a seasonal course + sake at Minato-san, who prides himself on seasonal tempura and carefully selected eel from Lake Hamana. The station is easily walkable from Sakuragicho, but I think Keikyu Hinodecho is closer. This is a sake bar with a Japanese atmosphere, located a short walk down a side street across JRA. The appetizer is shrimp and sweet potato. You won't be able to resist the richness of the shrimp and sweet potatoes mixed with the rich but elegant sauce, and the soft and melting texture. The tempura came with swordfish, squid, shrimp, sweet sea bream, shiitake mushrooms, and eggplant. You can see them being lifted from the counter, so it's a great feeling of excitement until they come out. It's packed with the flavor of each ingredient, and the crispy batter with a hint of sweetness is delicious! The cutlass fish has an exquisite taste that spreads moistly after being broken into pieces, and the squid has a super soft and smooth texture that is irresistible. You will be enchanted by the deliciousness when the sticky, high-quality sweetness of the plump shrimp, the crispy scales of the sweet sea bream, and the rich, moist, soft flesh come together in your mouth ♥ The meaty shiitake mushrooms and eggplant were packed with fresh flavor and had a satisfying taste, making it the ultimate in deliciousness. The eel skewers are an outstanding dish. The meat is thick and filling, and the fluffy flesh has just the right amount of elasticity, and the rich flavor of the eel fills your mouth like never before. The aroma of the charcoal fire was amazing, and the sauce mixed with the eel was also very delicious. At first glance, it seems to be on the dark side, but it has an elegant sweetness with a sharp aftertaste without any bitterness. I thought this seemed like a good price, but even if you order it separately, it's only 680 yen. At this level of satisfaction, I think 680 yen is a pretty good deal...If you take a closer look at the menu, the other menu items are also very reasonable. I was both happy and a little surprised by the reasonable pricing. Even though the alcohol menu and quantity are extensive, the cost is around 5 to 600 yen, so it's a pretty expensive restaurant for the cost performance ↗ Pickled tomatoes with bonito stock are the perfect accompaniment to sake! It has a refreshing yet deep richness and the sourness of tomatoes wrapped in sweetness, making it a perfect match for any alcoholic drink. My favorite chawanmushi is a collaboration with my favorite sea urchin! It was a super luxurious chawanmushi with plenty of sea urchin. There is no odor at all, just the rich sweetness of sea urchin. The flavor of the chawanmushi soup stock is exquisite, and the gentle, refreshing, and elegant sweetness brings out the flavor of the sea urchin. I really love chawanmushi, and I've eaten it from many different places, but the one here ranks in the top three in terms of deliciousness. I took about 5 pieces as souvenirs and even after returning home, I wanted to eat them again 🤣 Finished with mackerel sushi. It's incredibly smooth, but what's strange is that you can really feel the texture of each grain of rice. The rich flavor of fresh mackerel that comes after the gentle acidity is delicious. I think this is a masterpiece that mackerel lovers can't resist. Every dish on the menu was more delicious than I expected, right down to the final dessert. The course was 5,000 yen, but the taste was of a higher quality than the price.♥ The alcohol menu is also great. Lemon sour with the outstanding sourness of fresh fruit juice and craft beer with a hint of Japanese pepper. The selection of alcoholic beverages on offer, such as Hakushu, which is difficult to obtain and drink these days, is of outstanding taste and is sure to get any sake lover excited. The atmosphere is very cozy and has a Japanese feel to it. It was really fun to interact with the friendly staff who made the great time even more exciting♪ I wanted to come again, and I feel like I'm going to brag to the people around me that I know such a good restaurant lol If you're nearby, you might want to stop by even by yourself.
