He went out of his way to provide kids' cutlery and bowls, and the quality of food was excellent (lucky kids!). Loved it so much we were back for more a couple days later.

[Yokohama Sogo/Tempura/Tenichi] I visited Tenichi-san for the first time in a while to eat my favorite tempura. It was around 4pm, so the counter was pretty empty. Today, I decided to have it as you like rather than the course. I checked the items that were not on the menu and ordered. I ate a lot. The craftsman was very friendly, and even though I had a lot of troublesome questions, he answered me very kindly and politely lol. ★Tempura I ate today ①Kuruma prawns ② Kiss ③Asparagus ④ Young sweetfish ⑤Corn ⑥ Scallops ⑦Shiitake mushrooms ⑧ Water eggplant ⑨Mantis shrimp ⑩Myoga ⑪ Conger eel ⑫Conger conger ⑬Fushimi chili pepper ⑭Lotus root ⑮Kakiage (small pieces, squid) ★Things I thought about today ⑥The scallops were fried half-cooked, so they tasted very sweet. ⑦I cheekily requested that the shiitake mushrooms not be stuffed with minced shrimp and that they be fried shallowly, but they happily complied, and the tempura was delicious with a strong shiitake mushroom aroma.
