More Comments at Google MapI wanted to eat soba, so I searched for a place nearby and it had a 4-star rating, so I stopped by around 12:00 on Sunday. The restaurant was full with a group of about 10 people and another group. There were 4 tables for 4 people, 1 table for 2 people, and 3 seats at the back counter. For the soba noodles, my wife ordered Tenzaru and I ordered a large serving of soba noodles with a katsudon and soba set.The soba soup was a little sweet and fragrant and delicious, and the soba noodles were thin and whitish and delicious.
I've always been curious about the lunch sign and visited here for the first time. For 1,000 yen, you get a tempura bowl, mini soba noodles, small side salad, pickles, and small side dish. The total amount is quite good, about 8 minutes full. The small bowl of simmered food is delicious, but the main soba is a slightly whitish soba with a smaller proportion of buckwheat flour. Although it was thin, it was chewy and had a strong soba aroma, which was delicious. The wasabi seemed to be on point as well, and the scent of soba and wasabi was very good. Is the Tendon bowl darker in color than I expected? I don't know if it's the sauce or the batter, but my impression is that the tempura bowl has a rich flavor, and the sauce and rice are the best. The rice has firm grains and the sweet and salty sauce with the flavor of dashi is exquisite, and if the tempura were a little more crispy, it would be absolutely delicious. The tempura contains lotus root, two kinds of fish, shrimp, and the fish is especially fluffy, and for only 1,000 yen, it's so delicious that I can't help but give it 5 stars. Lastly, the woman in the hall is very friendly and kind, like a mother, and I think it's a very nice store. It's been a while since I had a meal that made me feel good. Definitely a recommended shop.
Mellow and sweet soba soup. It is very tasty. I had Tenzaru (seasonal vegetable tempura). It is 1,100 yen including tax. Tempura is crispy! The seasonal vegetables such as maitake mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and perilla were warm and delicious. Soba soup is mellow and sweet, making soba noodles very delicious. The tempura sauce also has a mellow sweetness that makes the tempura crispy and delicious. The soba noodles are thin and smooth. I'm glad there's plenty of chopped seaweed on it too. It was really delicious. it's recommended. The condiments and wasabi are hidden behind the tempura. (*^^*)
