It was a set meal of three types of conger eel (tempura, shirayaki, and boiled conger eel). We added different flavors to each dish (matcha salt, wasabi and plum meat, and sauce) to enjoy different flavors. It's a small shop run entirely by a female owner, so we recommend making a reservation. It's set back a little from the road, and there's no signboard, so you might pass by it if you're driving. If you are coming from the Shin-Sugita direction, you should slow down a little after passing the "Umi-no-Koen Parking Lot" signal and keep your eyes on the left side just past the next signal. There seems to be limited parking, so please check when making a reservation.
