Beat broth I've had. Ever. Thick and rich. Noodles are great. Egg is delicious and a bit runny (which made the broth even thicker) 😋. We came back for a second time in two weeks and were just as happy as the first! Consistent quality! I ordered the soy sauce chicken broth which was phenomenal. The wife ordered the same with truffle. I'm not a fan of truffle personally, but she said it was 10/10. The truffle was not overpowering, but provided a subtle yet noticeable undertone.

Cozy atmosphere, insanely light and crispy tempura, chewy, fresh udon, and perfectly balanced dipping sauces. This place is worth the wait! If you get a seat in the back corner you can even watch as the chefs cut fresh udon and boil the noodles.

We had a wonderful lunch at Miyoshi, it’s a nice surprise that their tempura is super tasty and light. Handmade udon has good texture and flavor. The shop is not big with bar style sitting. There’s a big window with the view of beautiful trees and plants. The store puts hand sanitizer right in front of the seat so it’s easy to reach and clean your hands anytime. Staffs all ware mask and super friendly.
