Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Sumiyaki Gonpachi Azamino

Awesome restaurant and fantastic soba. It’s right next to the station so easy to get to. The yakitori was perfectly cooked as well as the fresh tofu. This is the restaurant that is the sister restaurant of Gonpachi in Tokyo that was in the movie Kill Bill.

Which is better? The food or the atmosphere? I can’t decide. The service however is even better than both! Everyone is really friendly and is always around even when they are busy. Michiko was our server and she was the best! If you have the chance you gotta check out the Azamino location! At lunch or dinner! Don’t forget to check out their custom cocktails while you are there!

Went for lunch and it was really reasonable for the price. The service was fantastic and our waitress Michiko was very accommodating to our needs. The lunchtime all you can drink menu was a good recommendation.
