The best soba and tempura I've had

I visited on a four-wheeler. You can park in the sections with flags next to the store and in the parking lot of the temple across the street. What I received was cherry-cut soba noodles and seasonal tempura. It was very, very delicious! The staff told me that the cherry blossom cut soba is delicious with salt, so I started with salt. It was a way to eat it that allowed you to feel the flavor of cherry blossoms softly but firmly! It was very moving. Of course, the soba soup was also delicious. The seasonal tempura was also light and full of flavor, including udon noodles, butterbur sprouts, and cod sprouts. After the meal, coffee jelly comes out and it's also delicious! From start to finish, the meal was delicious and made me happy. I regretted not taking any pictures of the meal afterwards, perhaps because I was too eager to eat. As mentioned in some of the reviews, the staff and the proprietress of the shop were very nice, and the shop as a whole was very pleasant. By the way, the soba here is called Echigoya, so it seems that they use soba from Niigata. It was a beautiful soba that was shiny and chewy. I would definitely like to visit again. There was also "Sudachi Soba" on the menu, so I hesitated for a moment, but today I was aiming for shiso. I was impressed by the spring "Sakura Kiri Soba", but the "Shiso Kiri Soba" also does not disappoint! ! It was a wonderful soba where you can enjoy the freshness and seasonal feel of shiso! First, add salt and enjoy the flavor. Even with the soba soup, I enjoyed the texture and it was delicious! ! I also ordered young sweetfish tempura and duck sashimi. Both were delicious! The young sweetfish tempura is topped with Japanese pepper salt and lemon. Yes, good! ! The duck sashimi was soft and flavorful without being addictive! ! The staff were very friendly, and the chef even came to see us at the end and thank us for the meal! It was delicious and we had a great time! ! ------------------------- Visited again at the end of June. I went to eat Sudachi soba. The scent of sudachi is wonderful. delicious! ! ! I felt like the amount of noodles was a lot compared to the colander!

I visited around 1:30pm to avoid the crowds. There are about 3 to 4 parking spaces in the temple parking lot across the road. There was a flag, so I parked there. It's a store with a nice atmosphere. Because I went at a halfway time, the 100% soba was sold out, which was a shame. I had a large serving of spicy radish soba, sea cucumber vinegar, and cold sake. My wife is Kamo Seiro It was a happy time to enjoy sake from noon. The sea cucumber vinegar was delicious with various textures. The most important soba is... It had a good flavor and was delicious. The duck was also fatty and plump and delicious. When I returned home, the owner's voice was full of energy, making the shop feel good. I'm local, so I'll come again. Thank you for the meal. Later on, I had 100% soba noodles. The noodles are cut into slightly thicker pieces than regular soba, giving them more texture and flavor. The large size was 450 yen more, which was a little expensive. I felt that regular soba was enough.
