It was the most delicious soba I've ever had in my life! I was visiting Chichibu for sightseeing and asked an elderly local woman who was walking near Chichibu Shrine, "Please tell me the best soba restaurant around here," and she replied, "It's a bit far from here, but it's very delicious." I visited because it was recommended to me. My heart swelled with anticipation and I ordered the Maitake Mushroom Tempura Color Soba (chilled) for ¥1,410. And what I felt as soon as I ate it is the first impression I wrote! The noodles were chewy, had a great texture, had a wonderfully balanced soup that wasn't too sweet, and the highly aromatic maitake tempura made it a perfect soba! The staff are soft-spoken and kind, and the space is comfortable. I entered the store around 12:00, and the place was always full with customers coming in one after another. This is a store I definitely want to visit again ✨ There are tatami rooms and table seats. Reservations are also possible.

Visited on May 2019. The soba noodles have a slightly yellow-green color and are very delicious! The soba noodles are incredibly chewy and delicious! Yuba tempura was also delicious.
