I had the tempura course here the other day. I think it's a store that has been in the Isetan Urawa store since it opened. Tempura with potatoes flavored with truffle salt and butter as an appetizer. Shrimp is delicious, but the crispy fried head is irresistible. The young sweetfish seems to be swimming. The vegetables are Manganji red pepper and eggplant. There are shiitake mushrooms under the large clams and clams, but I'm not good at it, so I changed them to green onions. Thank you. Sea urchin wrapped in seaweed, a luxurious dish that I have never eaten before. The flavor of the sea urchin spreads throughout your mouth. Refreshing cold tomato soup, clean mouth. The squid and perilla sauce go well with the squid. Conger eel, sliced with soy sauce flavor. The meat is of course delicious, but the core is fragrant. At the end, kakiage of small shrimp with tempura chazuke. If you tell them that you are celebrating a birthday at the time of booking, they will serve ice cream tempura. A plate like a western restaurant. Each one is added with a little effort, and the appearance and taste are improved. Thank you for the meal.

Authentic tempura restaurant I visited on a weekday night. The store was empty and not crowded. Courses are available, so even first-time users can use it with confidence. We recommend this restaurant as it is a relatively easy way to enjoy tempura, which is one of the representative Japanese dishes. We especially recommend the tempura you can enjoy while sitting at the counter and watching the chef carefully work.

Today, I'm going to be a little more luxurious and have the ``Lunch Jo Tempura Zen'' (2,970 yen including tax). The tempura includes two shrimp, squid, two seafood items, two vegetables, conger eel, and kakiage, and it seems to come with rice, miso soup, and pickles. When I entered the store, I checked to see if the counter seats were available, and was told that it was okay until 1:00 p.m., so I was guided to a counter seat. So, how about some beer first? I wanted to go there, but since I came by car today, I decided to settle for tea. I ordered the tempura set for lunch, and after a while the rice, miso soup, and pickles arrived, followed by the shrimp. The shrimp inside were crispy and had a nice springy texture. If I do this from the beginning, the rice will probably run out first. Also, the miso soup is simply delicious. By the way, there are 4 types of salt available. They have wasabi salt, cherry blossom salt, konbu salt, and fleur de sel, and of course they also have dashi soy sauce, but they will give you recommendations depending on the tempura. I wanted to enjoy a variety of flavors, so I tried all kinds of salt, but for me, the wasabi salt seemed to go well with all of the tempura. After that, the squid and eggplant arrived, and they were so delicious that when the rice was empty, the waiter said some magic words to me, saying things like, ``Would you like to put the kakiage on top of the rice?'' I would like to ask you a favor. Kakiage rice is filled with plenty of shrimp and topped with a sweet sauce that soaks into the rice. Honestly, it's so good that you'll be satisfied with just this. I still want to drink sake. . . I'd like to be envious of the male customers next to me who order snacks while drinking beer and enjoy sake while eating tempura, so next time I'll definitely visit at night and come by train.
