I had the large shrimp tempura (1800 yen). Kaeshi is a little sweet, but you can really feel the flavor of the dashi stock, and you will never get tired of eating it. Soba noodles are crunchy, go through the throat, and have a good flavor. Tempura was the ideal fried condition with crispy batter and fluffy body. The large prawns are filling and satisfying. I'm glad that you can add tempura soup separately from soba soup. Sobayu is smooth and served at the same time as the food. You can see the greenery of the miniature garden from the restaurant and enjoy your meal in comfort. Overall, I am very satisfied with this store. Next time I would like to have a dish as well.

(Sweet soba soup) Many soba soups in the Kanto region are thick and crisp. Our soup is quite sweet. This is interesting. Strong sweetness with a nice aftertaste. The accompanying tempura is also small and doesn't interfere with the soba noodles. There are reviews praising the large shrimp tempura, so I'd like to try that next time. It was a feast.
