Sayama, Saitama, Japan｜ゆう庵甚五郎

I know of about 4 Jingoro restaurants in Saitama Prefecture that are well-stocked, and all of them make their soba and udon noodles by hand. Every restaurant is delicious and has its own unique cuisine, which is fun. I guess there are many places where families work hard together. Even so, any Jingoro would be scary!

It's about a 15 minute bus ride and walk from Sayama City Station, and there are signs of autumn in the air. I ordered Jingoro's specialty, cold "Gottanora" udon. It was my first taste of udon that I had never seen at another restaurant, and the udon was chewy and delicious. Please give it a try 😊 Auntie's hospitality is also warm ❤️

When it comes to the menu, I can't order anything without asking about Wakaras. But he kindly told me about it, and I tried ``Azumi Soba.'' Soup with the scent of wasabi Add pumpkin etc. Next to ingredients that look like hotou It was delicious.
