Came here around 11:30 on a Saturday. There are 2 people making it. There are 2 staff members. The seats are full. I called several times, but my order was not accepted. I thought it would be nice to be able to order by reading a tablet or QR code like at a family restaurant. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor of Aeon Mall is so convenient. The sweet and thick sauce is delicious! For a while, when the price of eggs was soaring, it became a different ingredient like hanpen, but I'm glad that eggs are back again! I love mentaiko, so the two of us ate up a small bowl of mentaiko! Today's Gokutendon is full of volume, so I didn't have to refill the mentaiko. This restaurant is recommended for those who like strong flavors.

Tendon restaurants with fluffy tempura are also delicious, but this one was fried crispy and delicious without causing heartburn. I ordered the cheapest tempura bowl (shrimp, white fish, egg, pumpkin, lotus root). The eggs were also tempura, but the yolks were runny. I'm glad that I can only eat it at the restaurant. The frying area faced the hall, and it was cool to see the lady frying so efficiently. I ordered black vinegar oolong tea in preparation for the fried food, but it was served in a plastic bottle and a glass with ice, so I was happy to take the leftovers home. (I like the plastic bottle because it feels more concentrated) It was my first time to have all-you-can-eat mentaiko, so I was a bit hesitant, but I was happy when it was served in a bowl full of it. (The photo was taken after I had eaten about 2 bites, so it was about 2/3 full 😅) The mentaiko had no fishy smell at all (as expected from a long-established manufacturer), and my husband, who doesn't normally like fish roe, liked it because it was good for the taste. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to eat my favorite foods (most of my favorite foods are things that my husband doesn't like) and how delicious they were together. I will come again when my husband, who loves fried food, and I want to eat mentaiko ☺️ At first I thought the store name was "Tempura" (Ebinoya is the only one that hits...why...), so I thought...

The seasonal autumn vegetable tempura was very delicious.
