More Comments at Google MapSoba noodles are sure to impress, but the favorite is soba-yu! (Soba porridge???) The appearance of the store looked like a hut, so I thought it would be okay, but it turned out to be a really serious soba restaurant. All the ingredients used in the soba and soup are displayed, so you can eat with confidence. Since the hand-ground soba had already sold out, it was normal soba. Even this is quite delicious. It looks white, but it has good stickiness and crispness, and it goes down your throat. What came out at the end was closer to porridge than sobayu. It was highly viscous and had pickled plums. I was very impressed with the care taken by the owner.
On an autumn Sunday, I entered the parking lot at 10:30, lined up from 11:00, and was able to sit at the last table when the store opened at 11:30. The soba noodles that came out after waiting for 40 minutes. It was full of surprises and impressions, and it was worth the wait. Countryside soba is exquisite! Comes with 2 types of sauce. If you like, you can add umeboshi to the thick soba-yu. Confirmed to visit again.
Arrived at 11:15 after 2 hours from Tokyo by Shitamichi. Two people were already waiting in the parking lot. First, soba tea was served, and I ordered a set of hand-ground country soba and chicken tempura morisoba set in limited quantities. To get the country soba first. It looks great already. First of all, enjoy the flavor of soba without adding anything, then enjoy the white soup with a little grated shichimi. Of all the soba noodles I've ever eaten, I felt the original taste and flavor of soba noodles. The small bowl of burdock and the next morisoba were thin noodles and had a strong chewy texture. Toriten is also a big take, and the sauce is delicious to the rabbit. The soba-yu and pickles with pickled plums were the best with their elegant taste. The leftover soba sauce is a waste, so I asked for boiling water and finished the meal. The beautiful proprietress was also amiable, and the words of gratitude that felt the personality of the husband were perfect. I'll come back later!
