All the ingredients used in the soba and soup are displayed, so you can eat with confidence. Since the hand-ground soba had already sold out, it was normal soba. Even this is quite delicious. It looks white, but it has good stickiness and crispness, and it goes down your throat. What came out at the end was closer to porridge than sobayu. It was highly viscous and had pickled plums. I was very impressed with the care taken by the owner.
