[Photo added in April 2022] I used it for lunch about a year ago, but since it was a Sunday, there was no daily lunch special, so I had the Chitose set meal (970 yen) and the small homemade pudding (310 yen). The Chitose set meal is a set of rice cooked with bamboo shoots, tanuki udon, salad, and pickled vegetables. The pudding was better before. [2021 Previous Review] The daily lunch special is a good deal. 870 yen including tax. Today's dish is salt-grilled chicken with grated ponzu sauce. It came with rice, tanuki udon, pickled vegetables, and chilled chawanmushi, and it was very filling, and the salt-grilled chicken with grated ponzu sauce was also delicious. I also had pudding included for an additional 280 yen (excluding tax). It was a delicious smooth pudding with strawberries and fresh cream on top. The staff at the store also responded well. 【postscript】 Daily lunch. Today I made stir-fried peppers and pork with eggs. It was all about eggs. Comes with rice, tanuki udon, pickles, and chawanmushi, 870 yen. We had it in a comfortable tatami room.

The area next to Tokorozawa Aviation Memorial Park and the Kobushi Danchi entrance is surrounded by lush greenery. It's a great store, with a handmade udon noodle shop running a kappo restaurant where you can hold memorial service kaiseki meals. I ordered the recommended mushroom and pork dipping sauce udon. I took the opportunity to add a thick fried egg as well. When it was served, I was surprised that the dipping sauce bowl was the same size as the udon bowl. The space is packed with plenty of mushrooms and pork, and the noodles are a little thin but firm and chewy, the true essence of Tokorozawa udon, and the two intertwine perfectly. It's not a sushi restaurant, but should I say you can't go wrong with a udon restaurant with delicious eggs? LOL It was a very filling and satisfying lunch❗️

It's cheap and the menu is full of delicious food. The dessert pudding was also exquisite. There were also private rooms. I want to go again.
