It seems that a stamp rally is being held in Tsurugashima City, so I went to Hotei-ya, which is the store in question. It was almost 2pm, so there was only one group of customers ahead of us. After taking a seat, I looked at the menu and noticed the hot and sour noodles made in collaboration with Zao Hanten. I thought it looked interesting, but if it's your first time in a store, you should start with the basics. So, I ordered Jotenzaru. The tempura consisted of two shrimp, white fish (fish?), shimeji mushrooms, and eggplant. Everything is freshly fried and delicious. The shrimp are quite large, so they are very filling. Apart from soba soup, there is also a soup for tempura. If you are reluctant to add oil to the soba soup, use it. The soba noodles are covered with a lot of grilled seaweed, so it's full of flavor. There are four types of condiments: green onion, wasabi, grated radish, and ginger. It's good to put in soba soup, and it's also good to chew on after eating. You can eat it without getting tired. Soba that gives you a feeling of satisfaction. I'm also curious about other menu items.

The menu has increased or decreased, and the contents have changed several times, probably due to trial and error since the owner changed, but I feel that I have settled into a good place. The soba noodles made by the owner are very delicious. If you are lucky, you can even see the ball being hit through the glass. I think it's a mackerel shop, so I've only eaten soba noodles, but any soba noodles are delicious. It seems that there is also udon, so I will try to challenge someday. The feeling of the clerk is also good, led by the owner. The only disappointing point is that the parking lot is narrow and sloped, so it may be a little difficult to park (laughs).

I ate mori soba. The quality of the buckwheat flour and the quality of the buckwheat noodles made the flavor and texture different when eaten. It was very delicious. You can eat it for less than 1000 yen, so I highly recommend it to soba lovers.
