More Comments at Google MapI wanted to try Kawahaba Udon, so I found a restaurant that was closer to my current location among the restaurants that hit Google Maps. There is a parking lot, but there are no marked lines so it is difficult to know where to park. When I entered the store, there were no customers, so perhaps they had stopped ordering? I thought so, but I was told that they were doing it, so I entered the store. There are four types of Kawahaba udon including curry base. I thought it wasn't possible because there was no mention of a large serving, but I was told that it was available for 250 yen, so I ordered a large serving of Amatsukigawahaba udon. It took a while for the rice bowl to arrive, but the presentation was beautiful and my expectations were high. A single noodle is about the same length as regular udon noodles (about 50cm), but as the name suggests, the width is about 5cm, and although it is rolled out very thinly, it is impossible to slurp a whole udon. What is noteworthy is the deliciousness and smoothness of the noodles. Even if you eat the noodles alone, they taste delicious and go down smoothly without the cut cross section touching your tongue at all! It's great to be able to sip. The soup has a slightly sweet taste, more like soba soup than regular udon soup, and it coats the noodles well, but it's not too strong and has a refreshing aftertaste. It was my first time to seriously eat Kawahaba udon locally, but I think I found a good restaurant.
Smooth Kawahaba udon! The person I went with doesn't like inaka udon, but this Kawahaba udon is really delicious! I was so impressed. The tempura is also crispy and delicious! I visited from Tokorozawa City, and I would like to order Kawahaba Udon from this restaurant again! ! ! The other set menus looked delicious too!
thank you always. All the menu items are delicious, but the tempura dishes are the best. Also, I love the old-fashioned giblets stew here. If you become familiar with the faces, there may be secret menu items.
