Delicious experience.

I ordered tempura soba. The tempura includes mushrooms, okra, two pieces of shrimp tempura, and eggplant, and the soup is topped with green onions and wasabi. All I can say is that it was very delicious. From here on out, it's just my impressions, so only those who want to see it. Well, I only wrote my impressions above! First of all, I added green onions because I like them, and I was hesitant about adding them because I don't like wasabi, but since the wasabi didn't have a strong taste, I was able to eat all of it and was impressed! The soba noodles were very chewy and I never got tired of them no matter how many times I ate them. Thank you to everyone at the store...! The tempura comes with a plate of salt, so I decided to sprinkle it on top. The batter was crispy and I really enjoyed eating it. I myself once tried making tempura, but I couldn't put the batter on properly and ended up with what was supposed to be tempura. All of the tempura were incredibly delicious and amazing, but the shrimp tempura's batter was especially beautiful, and I admired it so much that I wanted to watch it being cooked. Well, if there are any kind people who have seen this far, first of all, thank you for reading. And if the person at the store is reading this, I will definitely come back again. Thank you very much for the really delicious food. As a surprise, I received something that wasn't on the menu, but if the restaurant was trying to surprise me, I'd be sorry to post a photo, so I'll omit it. I visited on Saturday around 11:00. There were two groups of customers: a group customer and an individual customer. The parking lot is directly behind the store. On Saturday and Sunday, I ordered the soba gozen which was limited to 10 servings. Customers came in one after another, and the place quickly filled up. I'm curious about the taste, but soba is really delicious! Tempura is crispy. There is a small amount of sashimi, and a mouthful of rice. It's the amount for women. It tastes good so even men can be satisfied. It was also eligible for the PayPay campaign (30% back from Sakado City), so the cost performance was great. It was a treat!
