I visited for lunch on a weekday. I was seated at the counter, and I had a good view of the tempura being prepared in the open kitchen. I had the limited time shrimp tempura bowl, and of course it was freshly fried and very impressive. The sauce is also very delicious, and I would like to try the soba set next time. The store and customer service were very good.

This is my second visit to the store. I was able to enjoy the crispy texture of the tempura. The tempura is also carefully fried one by one by our chefs. Being able to watch the food being fried from the counter is one of the joys of eating at the counter. Table seats are also available. From your table seat, you can watch the tempura being made and enjoy the sound of it being fried, and the careful work that goes into each step will make you enjoy the excitement of eating it afterwards. Visited around 11am on a weekday. The location is along National Route 16, and Mango Tree Cafe, which serves Asian cuisine, is attached. The parking lot will be shared, and there will likely be space for more than 20 cars. When I entered the store, I was greeted with a bright and cheerful greeting and was shown to my seat. The interior of the restaurant is very clean, with an open kitchen in the center, 15 counter seats in a U-shape surrounding the kitchen, 3 tables for 4 people, and 1 table for 2 people in the back. There were two customers ahead of us, and since they were early, we were seated smoothly. Then, I ordered the "Edomae Tendon" (comes with miso soup, 1500 yen). All-you-can-eat gari and tempura sauce are lined up on the table. While I was waiting, I looked around the store, and there wasn't a speck of dust on the floor, which showed that it was well kept. It may be obvious, but there are some shops that are not doing well. "Edomae Tendon" arrived in less than 10 minutes after ordering. The lineup includes conger eel, shrimp, kakiage of squid and scallops, egg, seaweed, and shishito, and the extra-large conger eel, about 20 cm in length, stands out. Please use the lid attached to the bowl as a serving plate. And the good aroma of sesame oil will further stimulate your appetite. First, miso soup. It has a gentle taste that is neither too strong nor too light, and will warm your body. And then there's the main dish, "Edomae Tendon." First, let's start with conger eel. The batter is crispy and the inside is fluffy. It may be a common expression, but this expression is perfect! There is no bone in the conger eel at all, and it is the best conger eel tempura I have ever eaten. Although the shrimp are small, they have firm flesh and tails. The fried squid and scallops are large and soft. Break the egg in the second half and eat it by soaking it in the rice. It's a complete meal in about 10 minutes! The price is a little high, but I am more than satisfied with the price and will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal! By the way, the restrooms are spacious and clean, and you can pay by credit card or smartphone, which is nice.
