where I lived a few years ago This is the soba restaurant I found. Personally preferred hardness *Chewy Friends also like it It has become it's recommended! !

The soba noodles are delicious with the dashi stock, and the tempura is crispy! Kashiwa tempura served with salt is especially exquisite! I will order for sure! The store clerk is also kind with a homey atmosphere.

I had the full set and chicken fillet tempura. The soba had a nice chewy texture, and the tempura was tender and delicious even though it was made from fillet. Both were delicious and had the feeling of being hand-prepared.
