Yudetaro is also generally stable at all stores. However, today, for the first time, the soba was salty. I think there is also a problem with my physical condition. I don't think it's my imagination. Other than that, there are no problems. By the way, curry always feels like it's missing a little flavor or is a bit bland, but when you add a little flavor to it, it tastes dramatically better. Of course, it will be a little spicy, but it will be firmer and you won't feel the lack of flavor. Also, something I've been thinking about for a while is kakiage. It's not that it tastes bad, but it doesn't go well with soba. I guess all the stores have the same basic idea of ​​the same taste. It doesn't fall apart easily, so if you break it up with chopsticks, it will melt. I think it's delicious enough to eat kakiage as a standalone item, but when eaten with soba, it just doesn't taste right.
