This is a popular soba restaurant where you can't get in unless you make a reservation. It seemed like they used domestic buckwheat flour from Hokkaido, and it was a chewy and delicious soba. Both the dashimaki tamago and bitter gourd champuru were delicious and went well with the drinks. I was impressed when I received the limited edition Juwari Soba. I would like to visit again.

I think people have different tastes and different service preferences, but I love this restaurant for its soba, rice bowls, and service. I've only been there a few times so I can't say anything great about it, but if it's delicious and fills my heart, I'll be satisfied.
