Saitama, Japan｜Kagami

I visited Shunsai Kagami for lunch on February 3, 2023 (Friday). I entered the store after disinfecting with alcohol at the entrance. The shop has counter seats and table seats. The counter seats were separated by acrylic plates, while the table seats were facing each other. The customer base is a wide range of men and women of all ages, but there were a lot of office workers in the neighborhood. A TV was on in the store. When I sat down at the counter, I was served hot green tea and hot towels. The customer service that was made by the shop staff was also good. I ate a tempura set meal from the lunch menu. It comes with rice, miso soup, and salad for 900 yen including tax. Salad was served first. The salad was shredded cabbage and seaweed with sesame dressing. Tempura was 3 shrimp tempura, pumpkin, green pepper, kamaboko. The clothes are crispy, the shrimp tempura is crisp and elastic, and the pumpkin is sweet and fluffy. The coolness of green peppers and the chewy texture of kamaboko are also good. The rice was served in a bowl and served with gari. The rice is cooked well and the food goes on. The miso soup had plenty of ingredients such as bean sprouts, cabbage, and carrots, and the soup stock was good. It was filling, affordable and delicious.

I had a set of tempura and soba for lunch. Both the tempura and soba were delicious. Especially the shrimp tempura is the best! ️The inside of the restaurant was spacious and I was able to eat comfortably. Next time I would like to visit you at night.

Best value lunch! Nigiri and udon set is 1000 yen! I want to go there because there are so many other kinds!
