Kasukabe, Saitama, Japan｜そば処 かすかべ 山喜

This was my first stop after coming here for work. This shop caught my attention on the way to Kasukabe Station from the national highway. A comfortable atmosphere with a Japanese-style building and shrubbery. I was interested in the duck udon that was written on the signboard, so I entered the store. It was a calm interior with a combination of Japanese and Western decor and no annoying background music. I couldn't find duck udon on the menu, so I ordered duck udon. Unlike the hand-made udon that I had imagined, my personal impression is that the udon feels more like Mizusawa udon. It was a delicious udon with a thin, firm texture. The soup is a deep duck soup that combines the flavor of the dashi stock and the flavor of the duck. Next time I would like to visit again to eat soba.

The noodles were thin and delicious! Furthermore, the inside of the restaurant is a very calming Japanese-style room, so I think you can enjoy your meal in a nice atmosphere! !

Two servings! Both volume and taste are good. It's 1,480 yen, but if you want to eat something delicious, you'll probably pay that much!
