Delicious dinner set menu. The chef took my food allergies into consideration without effort or complaint. Looking forward to returning.

There are only 9 seats. The chef is very young but his craftsmanship and attitude are great!!! The store is clean and there is light music. The thin and crispy texture of the tempura dough brings out the deliciousness of the ingredients... We ate at 8800 The set meals are all prepared by the chef on the spot...the most delicious okra I have ever tasted, fresh shiitake mushrooms with a strong aroma, chewy flounder, soft tuna, steamed snapper with a strong aroma, and grilled ayu with crispy skin. . . . without too much seasoning. You can taste the "fresh" taste of the food in every bite. It's great!!! I feel full and the CP value is super high.... If you have special needs, you can ask the chef for help when making a reservation. Make careful arrangements and contact the chef 1.2 days before you go to select suitable ingredients & make a reservation (the chef will choose the freshest ingredients, so you can only use existing ones if you go temporarily). You must try it!!! .Already missing the delicious food

(Posted on April 19, 2020) From April 18th onwards, it will be open exclusively for one group per day, so I decided to use it for my anniversary with my spouse. I was able to indulge in the best course, rent a restaurant exclusively for just the two of me, and enjoy a luxurious time and delicious food. Not only the tempura, but also the small side dishes and the nigiri sushi that we started with this time were great! (Posted in November 2019) This store has only been open for 3 months. My wife, who is a big foodie, and I visited this restaurant for the first time after being introduced to it by a friend. There It was a real restaurant where the owner and chef were serious about serving high-quality tempura made with carefully selected ingredients. The tempura is fried one by one over the counter, and as soon as you bite into it, the original taste and aroma of the ingredients spread out, making you smile! I hope that it will take root as a hidden gem in Zeze.
