Koshigaya, Saitama, Japan｜Wakamatsu

Situated a short walk from Koshigaya station, Wakamatsu is a small restaurant that can get very busy. The food is excellent and the service great. No English menu I'm afraid. There is a small car park in front of the restaurant. It's not cheap but is well worth making the effort to find. The steak served on a plate over hot stones and the maguro are fantastic.

We had a couple of excellent traditional Japanese beef shrimp and chicken dishes. Highly recommended

There is only one thing that is highly rated✨ I went for lunch, and the conger tempura was crispy and fluffy✨✨✨ I ordered a tempura set meal, but I had nothing to say! It’s honestly delicious 👍 The owner and the staff were both kind and polite, and we had a great meal! I will go again! Thank you 💡
