Definitely a hidden gem!!! Since I am sensitive to gluten, I am always searching for soba restaurants who offers 100% buckwheat soba noodles(十割蕎麦). When I was driving back to Kohoku after visiting Shigaraki, I found this hidden gem. Def use GPS to get there ;) about 10-15mins drive from Ryuo Outlet Mall. You can choose between thick or thin soba. Highly recommend ordering thick soba (太麺) since those are harder to get at any soba restaurant. Heavenly soba flavor burst in your mouth, I drool thinking about it. For kids, They recommended thin(細麺) noodles and they were right! Def worth the drive.

This is a soba restaurant that I've always wanted to go to. The store is located in a residential area, so it's hard to find, but it feels like only those in the know know about it. Approximately 3 cars can be parked in the parking lot in front of the store. There may be other parking lots. The interior of the restaurant has a truly hermitage-like atmosphere that makes use of wood. It is run by a daughter and her mother, and they are both beautiful. It was nice to have an explanation of how to make soba before ordering. I ordered the weekday-only soba set for ¥2,600. I learned how to enjoy soba and was able to enjoy the flavorful soba. Everything was delicious, the soba pudding was also very delicious, and it was a 5 star soba. The yuzu pepper is also very nice. Next time I would like to eat Hosouchi.

This is my first time visiting you. I wanted to eat some delicious soba, so I did some research and came to the store. It's located in a residential area. I arrived just after it opened, and there were a lot of cars parked there, and most of the seats inside were occupied, so we all sat together at a large table. You can choose between two types of soba noodles, thick and thin, hot or cold, and I tried the Tsukimi thin noodles. The soba had a very good texture and flavor, and went down easily, so I ate it right away. My companion ordered a double bowl of thick noodles and thin noodles, so I got him to share some of the thick noodles, and they were really delicious, chewy and chewy, and had a great aroma! I really like thick noodles. The staff at the store were also friendly, bright, and agile, and provided pleasant customer service. It's a very nice shop. I would like to try some homemade ohagi next time.
