The chef seems to be handling everything by himself, but he prepares the food in a timely manner and the set meal comes out without a long wait. The tempura was not oily and was served with salt and tempura sauce. Good 💕 The tempura was delicious, but the seared bonito was even more delicious🐟 It was a very satisfying lunch🈵 Thank you for the meal🙏
