Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Fugaku

You can enjoy Yamanashi local dishes. Staffs' attitudes were very nice. Especially a middle-aged female staff was great at communication and friendly. The amount of the food was good enough. Taste was nice. The dish on the photo was only 2000JPY.

Everything at this restaurant is delicious, no matter what you order. The restaurant is quiet and relaxing.

This is my 5th or 6th visit. We had a variety of horse sashimi and hoto for the main course. I remember my mother taking me there once before she was alive and being impressed by how delicious it was. It really doesn't matter what I eat every time✨ Thank you for the meal☺️
