More Comments at Google MapI had the smooth soba noodles and the mini rice bowl (on this day, it was oyakodon). Both had a rich broth (soup?) and were very delicious. It had a perfect taste, which is no surprise to the high reviews. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and the background music is low-key. It is recommended that you come in groups of 1 or 2 rather than in a large group. Since the owner is running the restaurant alone, he is unable to prepare the dishes and wash the dishes. Perhaps in anticipation of this, the store has short business hours and seems to have limited stock of noodles and bowls. The noren will be closed even within an hour of opening, so if you want to make sure you get a taste, it's best to go early.
This is a store I've been interested in for a while. As you can see from the outside, the inside of the store is also very clean and nice. Infection prevention measures are also being taken. The young shop owner was running the shop by himself ☺️ 9 counter seats. There are two table seats in the back. As soon as you enter the store, there is a food ticket machine on the right side (you can only pay in cash), so you can buy a ticket there and then take your seat. Unfortunately, on the day I visited, the coarse grinding steamer had finished 🥺 However, even the bamboo steamer (800 yen) was quite satisfying ♥️ My son had the curry set with a mini bowl (1000 yen) on this day 😊 It was very delicious and my son was satisfied ♥️ The menu is very simple, with coarsely ground bamboo steamers, bamboo steamers, and mini rice bowl sets. I think I'll bring my parents this time. It's a perfect restaurant on a hot day. Ah...the parking lot is easy to get into, but please be careful on your way back. I was a little nervous because the store was right around the corner. Make sure to check left and right before leaving the parking lot 😉
The day will come when you think 800 yen for kake soba is cheap... If it's ramen, one chan, char siu noodles? I thought, but this quality is cheap even at 1000 yen. The soup is slightly thick with a lot of soup stock and soy sauce (breaks with soba water), and the texture and flavor of soba are perfect. The soba noodles are beautiful to look at and are full of the owner's love for soba noodles! Considering the cost from this taste, is there profit? I'm worried about it. The shop is open only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and it's a rarity that it's only open on Fridays and Sundays during the daytime. Or rather, Engel's coefficient is bad if it's open every day. Postscript: A popular store that has become popular now. We recommend coming early, but they accept reservations on Saturday nights, so check their Instagram for details!
