It was delicious soba. New soba noodles were served. This was the thickest and most delicious soba soup I've ever had.

I heard from a co-worker that the duck bamboo steamer made with fresh flour was delicious, so I went here. As other people have written, the 100 percent soba noodles were very delicious without being powdery, and the warm dipping sauce with the sansho pepper was also excellent. The amount of soba may be a little small for an adult male. I recommend a second helping (a large serving?).

I get asked to stop by often! Unfortunately, it was non-alcoholic today, so I had a duck soup bamboo steamer (with a refill) and roasted duck♪ When I drink beer, I drink Kuro Obi (Japanese sake) lukewarm, and snacks include wasabi leaf, grilled miso, and grilled duck, and I stay here for a long time from noon! It's delicious no matter what you eat♪
