For a Japanese restaurant in Yamanashi, the delicate saltiness and soup stock are so unorthodox. Although the restaurant is located along National Route 20, it has a wonderful atmosphere where you can feel the seasons from the entrance, and the interior is quiet and you can enjoy your meal in peace. We recommend the seasonal limited menus, but the ``Shrimp Kakiage Tempura'' and ``Duck Seiro'' that are available year-round are so delicious that we keep coming back.
