This is a famous restaurant where you can enjoy side dishes and rice dishes, focusing on the best soba and udon noodles in the Kofu area and Yamanashi. A store that I can recommend with confidence.

The taste has never changed since the owner has been making it all by himself. I don't want to tell you too much about it because it gets crowded, but it's definitely delicious. It's always full, but you'll want to eat soba even if you wait.

This is a very delicious soba restaurant. The noodles were white, but the soba flavor was good, and the price was reasonable. I received the duck bamboo steamer.
