Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Kosaku

Visited at 11am on Saturday and waited for 10 minutes.(even though this restaurant opens at 11, there is usually a queue) I ordered Hoto with pork. It was like a condensed miso soup with tons of vegetables, pumpkin and potato although the main part of the food is Hoto(thick Udon) I love it anyway.

There are many types of hoto. Also, from May to the end of October, there is ozara, which is said to be cold hoto. Compared to the store in front of the station at the south exit, there are fewer tourists, and I don't think there is much waiting outside. There is also a wooden tatami room on the 2nd floor, so I think it is good for group use. Meat hoto is delicious!
