Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Akazawa

I made a reservation using the invitation weather. I always come to this area, but this shop was unmarked. Bottom line, everything was delicious. I have a slightly carbonated ginger ale called Izayoi and a bitter grapefruit non-alcoholic drink. My wife ordered a non-alcoholic drink of ginger and honey pickles and raw lime called China Mosco. I was hoping for some hits, but the food and drink service was top notch. I didn't have any alcohol because I had plans after that, but it's all about the food that alcohol lovers can't get enough of. I will explain each one in the picture. The only problem is that the perfume of the woman who serves the meal is harsh. After all, only the smell of food is enough for restaurants, and other than that, you should cut it.

At that time, this is the store that I often visit. I ordered the chef's choice course, and there were many exquisite dishes made with seasonal ingredients. It's really delicious from start to finish 😄 The variety of sake recommended by the chef to go with the dishes is also exquisite. It's a place you can't resist drinking. In the winter, thanks to the connections I made, you can sometimes eat Kue and Ara from Ikitsuki Island! ️ I'll visit you again!! ️

The creative cuisine at this restaurant is amazing. The concept of chawanmushi was overturned. I was also blown away by the meat dishes that came in soup and could be cut with chopsticks. The selection of sake is also great, and I was surprised to find Juyondai, Shinsei, and Tan in the tasting competition. I was very satisfied.
