All dishes were very delicious. I tried some local sake from Yamanashi, and they were all delicious. Shichiken was especially good. The menu had only text and had a wide variety of choices, so I had a hard time deciding which one to order. It was my first time eating Noresore and it was very sweet and delicious. The tempura was also very flavorful with seasonal vegetables.

The first floor of an apartment near the Yumura hot spring town. I made a reservation, but since it was a weekday, the place was almost completely reserved. There were many menu items written on the white board, and the prices seemed a little high, but the portions were large, and the portions we shared among the four of us were just right. The ingredients are very fresh and the seasoning is exquisite. No matter what I eat, I can't go wrong. Above all, the presentation is good, and the tableware is different for each item, so you can see the attention to detail. Although the seats are not private rooms, they are spaced apart from each other and arranged in a horigotatsu style. I ate enough, but the amount I paid was the same as what I would have paid at a popular pub. I found a good store. I don't want to tell you, but I will!
