I came here because I wanted to try the local gourmet ``Raho'' made with horse sashimi and hoto noodles. The horse sashimi was tender but packed with meat, and the raho was also delicious with chicken-based ramen soup and chicken chashu on top!

The hoto was really delicious. We recommend this restaurant as the staff are friendly and open until late at night.

I had the mushroom hoto. I almost drank the soup with its strong bonito soup. The vegetables are also simmered in the soup, rather than boiled as is often the case, so you can really taste the ingredients. It was very delicious and you could tell the feeling of the creator.
