Locals seem to use it for memorial services! I had a soba lunch and horse meat sashimi, but I was surprised by the total amount of soba lunch! Chicken liver is also a staple in Yamanashi, and it was delicious!The soba noodles are not soba, but they are country style! The store displays may seem cluttered, but they are neatly organized and give off a fashionable folk art feel!

It was the first time I thought chicken offal was delicious. The soba noodles are also handmade and have a great texture. Even the soba soup was excellent.

Soba and udon are the best. Be careful as the portion is large even if it is not hoto. You can also have giblets stew.
